Our roles are based in Geneva and Lyon, some with hybrid arrangements. We welcome applications in English, Hindi, Persian, Turkish and Arabic.

Careers at Rhodane Advisory

Work that crosses disciplines
Treasury specialists work alongside customs and logistics advisers on the same engagements. You will learn how goods, contracts and cash connect.
Two cities, one team
Geneva and Lyon staff work on shared engagements and travel between the offices for client work and joint training.
Responsibility early
Our teams are small. You will meet clients, draft deliverables and present findings from your first engagements.
Support for qualifications
We support recognised professional qualifications in finance, treasury, customs and compliance, with study time agreed in advance.

How hiring works

    Application

    Apply online with a CV and a short note on why the role interests you. We confirm receipt within 5 working days.

  2. 2

    First conversation

    A video call of about 45 minutes with the hiring team, usually within 10 working days of the application deadline.

  3. 3

    Case discussion

    A practical exercise drawn from the kind of work we do, followed by a discussion with two senior advisers. No unpaid take-home projects.

  4. 4

    Decision and offer

    We aim to give a decision within 10 working days of the final interview and to explain it either way.
