About the role
Many groups run principal, trading or financing entities in Geneva and manufacturing or distribution in France. Every flow between them needs a price that holds up under audit. Our transfer pricing team prepares documentation, designs operating models and supports clients in disputes. In this role you will lead engagements day to day and review the work of junior colleagues. You will work with our treasury team on intra-group financing, and with our customs team where customs value and transfer prices must align.
What you will do
- Prepare master files, local files and country-by-country reports under OECD BEPS Action 13.
- Carry out functional analyses and benchmarking studies using Orbis or TP Catalyst.
- Price intra-group loans, cash pools and guarantees in line with Chapter X of the OECD Guidelines.
- Support clients during tax audits, mutual agreement procedures and advance pricing agreement requests.
- Reconcile transfer pricing adjustments with customs valuation and VAT.
What you bring
- 5 to 8 years in transfer pricing at an advisory firm or in a multinational tax department.
- Detailed knowledge of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and the basics of Pillar Two.
- Experience with French documentation requirements (Articles L13 AA and L13 AB of the LPF) or Swiss practice.
- Strong economic analysis and report writing.
- English at C1 level; French at B2 level or higher.
Good to have
- Swiss certified tax expert qualification or a French tax law background.
- Experience with commodity trading or principal structures.
- Familiarity with intercompany processes in SAP.
