- Review classification, valuation and origin processes for Swiss importers and exporters.
- Advise on Swiss free trade agreements, origin declarations and cumulation with the EU.
- Assess export control obligations under the Goods Control Act and SECO licensing.
- Manage engagement budgets and supervise consultants on Swiss work.
What you bring
- 7+ years in customs at a Swiss customs brokerage, an advisory firm or an in-house trade compliance function.
- Detailed knowledge of the Swiss Customs Act and e-dec procedures.
- Experience with EU customs procedures and the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean (PEM) origin convention.
- Ability to run projects with IT providers and client operations teams.
- French and English at C1 level.
Good to have
- Swiss federal diploma as a customs specialist or equivalent.
