About the role

Our work depends on consultants who understand accounting and treasury in detail, and many clients ask us to train their own finance staff. This role owns that curriculum. You will design courses on IFRS 9, IFRS 16, hedge accounting, working capital and valuation, deliver them in person and online, and keep them current as standards change. You will work with practice leaders to decide what each grade needs to know, and with HR on the learning calendar.

What you will do

  • Design a curriculum in finance, treasury and accounting for analysts, consultants and managers.
  • Deliver classroom and virtual sessions in French and English.
  • Build case studies and exercises based on anonymised engagement types.
  • Run client training programmes on IFRS 9, IFRS 16 and treasury controls.
  • Measure learning outcomes and update material after each cohort.

What you bring

  • 8+ years in finance, audit or treasury, including at least 3 years designing or delivering training.
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 9 and IFRS 16.
  • Confident presenter in French and English.
  • Experience with a learning management system and e-learning authoring tools.
  • A professional qualification such as expert-comptable, ACCA, CPA or CFA.

Good to have

  • Teaching experience at a business school.
  • Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER.
  • Familiarity with Qualiopi requirements for French training providers.
