About the role
Our treasury practice serves clients across Switzerland, and many groups in the German-speaking part of the country want advice in their own language. From Geneva you will lead engagements on cash structures, liquidity forecasting and treasury operating models. You will also act as senior reviewer for the treasury consultants in the Geneva team on technical topics. The role suits a treasurer who has run a function in-house and wants to apply that experience across several organisations.
What you will do
- Lead diagnostic and design projects on cash pooling, in-house banking and payment factories.
- Build 13-week and 12-month liquidity forecasting processes with client finance teams.
- Advise on bank relationship rationalisation and bank fee analysis.
- Review currency and interest-rate hedging strategies and their IFRS 9 hedge accounting implications.
- Manage engagement teams of two to four consultants.
What you bring
- 10+ years in corporate treasury or treasury advisory, including a management role.
- Experience with physical and notional cash pooling in Swiss and EU settings.
- Knowledge of the Swiss withholding tax implications of cash pools.
- Hands-on experience with a TMS such as Kyriba, SAP TRM or Coupa Treasury.
- German and English at C1 level.
Good to have
- French at B1 level.
- Swiss treasury qualification or the ACT Diploma.
- Experience in a regulated financial institution.
