About the role

Many groups with a regional headquarters in Geneva still run treasury on spreadsheets and bank portals. Our treasury team helps them move to a treasury management system with proper controls. As a consultant you will take part in selection, design and go-live projects, from mapping bank accounts to testing payment files. You will work alongside our SAP finance consultants and finance data engineers, and you will often sit with the client's treasury team during cut-over.

What you will do

• Document current cash management, payment and hedging processes and define target designs.
• Configure Kyriba modules for cash positioning, forecasting, payments and bank account management.
• Set up bank connectivity through SWIFT, EBICS or host-to-host links, including ISO 20022 pain.001 and camt.053 formats.
• Prepare test scripts, run user acceptance testing and support cut-over weekends.
• Draft treasury policies covering counterparty limits and hedge documentation under IFRS 9.

What you bring

• 3 to 5 years in corporate treasury, a treasury consultancy or a TMS vendor.
• Hands-on configuration experience in Kyriba, SAP TRM, FIS Quantum or a comparable system.
• Working knowledge of ISO 20022 payment and statement formats.
• Understanding of FX forwards, swaps and hedge accounting principles.
• English at C1 level; French at B2 level or higher.

Good to have

• Kyriba certification.
• Experience with in-house bank or payment factory set-ups.
• ACT or AFTE treasury qualification.
