About the role

Finance functions in mid-sized and large groups often carry years of workarounds: manual reconciliations, late closes, reports that disagree with each other. Our finance transformation practice fixes the causes rather than the symptoms. As lead you will run programmes from diagnostic to delivery, working with CFOs and their teams. You will coordinate our SAP finance consultants, data engineers and treasury specialists, and you will help shape the practice as it grows.

What you will do

• Lead finance diagnostics covering record-to-report, order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay and planning.
• Define target operating models, including shared services and internal control frameworks.
• Run programme governance, budgets and risk for multi-workstream engagements.
• Advise CFOs on sequencing ERP, consolidation and reporting changes.
• Develop methods, assets and people within the practice.

What you bring

• 10+ years in finance transformation consulting or senior finance roles.
• A record of leading ERP-enabled finance programmes, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS reporting and internal controls (Swiss ICS or SOX).
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• English and French at C1 level.

Good to have

• A professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in commodity trading or logistics groups.
• German at B1 level.
