The position

Finance transformation work at Rhodane usually starts with a question about cash, closing or controls and ends up in the ERP. Our SAP finance consultants make sure the system design supports what treasury, tax and controlling teams actually need. In this role you will lead FI/CO design on S/4HANA programmes, often in groups with Swiss and French entities and several currencies. You will work closely with our treasury consultants on SAP TRM and with our finance data engineers on reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and write design documents for general ledger, asset accounting and controlling.
• Configure the Universal Journal, document splitting, parallel ledgers and multi-currency settings.
• Design intercompany processes, including transfer pricing postings and reconciliation.
• Configure IFRS 16 lease accounting in SAP RE-FX or a connected lease tool.
• Plan data migration, test cycles and cut-over for the finance workstream.

What the firm looks for

• 6+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including at least two S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong accounting background under IFRS; Swiss or French local GAAP an advantage.
• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into configuration and functional specifications.
• English at C1 level; French at B2 level.

Further advantages

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting or BPC.
• Knowledge of SAP Central Finance.
