Measurement of visits
To understand how the site is used, the firm records the address of the page viewed, the referring page, any campaign parameters contained in the link, the visitor's approximate country and the type of device.
Your IP address is not stored. So that unique visitors can be counted within a single day, a one-way hash is derived from connection data. The value used to derive it changes every day, and visits therefore cannot be linked from one day to the next.

Where you reached the site through an advertisement, the ad click identifier carried in the link is stored with your application so that the firm can measure the effect of its campaigns.
How long applications are kept
Applications are deleted six months after the position has been filled. If you have consented to the firm keeping your application in its talent pool, it is instead retained for 12 months. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@rhodaneadvisory.com.
Where the data are held
Application data are stored with Cloudflare. The database is located in Western Europe, and CVs are held in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the staff responsible for hiring.
Your rights
You are entitled to access your personal data and to have it corrected or deleted. You may also ask for its processing to be restricted, receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing. You may further lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
